Frank Silva
Biography
Mr. Silva is a Principal with Boston Millennia Partners and has been working with the firm since 2009 where he manages BMP’s investment sourcing teams, as well as participates in the evaluation and support of the portfolio throughout the entire life cycle of an investment. Having developed a leverageable network of healthcare and pharma information-technology companies, Mr. Silva also operates as an external business development arm for the portfolio to help formulate and execute on growth strategies. Primary areas of support provided to the portfolio includes M&A sourcing and management, partnership & sales channel creation, executive recruiting, and general business process improvement. As part of BMP’s approach to supporting the broader entrepreneurial community, Mr. Silva manages the MBA Internship Program that augments the fulltime analyst staff. Participating schools include Harvard Business School, Tufts Fletcher School, MIT’s Sloan, Dartmouth’s Tuck School and Babson College. Frank is a frequent speaker and judge of entrepreneurial competitions, as well as mentor to the Carroll School of Management, Boston University and VCIC. Frank is a Board Member of MedAptus, a growth stage Healthcare IT Company that provides workflow optimization solutions to providers at the point-of-care. He is currently an Observer of Health Decisions, a women’s focused clinical research organization, and Mingle Analytics, the largest MIPS provider in the country. He was formerly an Observer of Bivarus, a patient experience company, acquired by Press Ganey in 2018. Frank graduated from Middlebury College and is an alumnus of the Venture Capital Institute.
