John Paik

Biography

John Paik is a partner with Knobbe Martens. He has extensive experience with the protection and management of intellectual property rights, including patent matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and international patent authorities. His practice also includes intellectual property licensing, transactions, and due diligence, as well as counseling on infringement and clearance issues. John graduated from Cornell University and Cornell Law School.
