Biography

Marcin Cieminski – LLD, a qualified advocate and the partner heading the White Collar, Regulatory and Compliance Practice at Clifford Chance Warsaw with 15 years' extensive experience in acting as defence counsel in criminal proceedings, conducting regulatory and internal investigations, and, in particular, in cases concerning corruption, fraud and regulatory matters. He has vast experience in cooperating with various Polish law enforcement authorities. He has advised companies from different business sectors on compliance matters on numerous occasions. He is the author of several publications on compliance and a speaker on anti-corruption and compliance issues.
