Chris Fowler is General Counsel Technology Services and Transformation at BT Group plc in London. Chris is accountable for the legal support to Technology Services which is the unit in BT responsible for the design, delivery and management of BT’s core network infrastructure, its research and development activities and its internal IT infrastructure. In addition Chris is responsible for transformation within BT Legal & Governance and is responsible for defining and implementing its strategy, managing its overall budget as well as the central operations team which comprises finance, vendor management, technology implementation, reporting and communications.
