Biography

A multi-cultural, multi-lingual lawyer, dual qualified in France and England, Helena has held General Counsel or law firm Partner roles London, Paris and Dubai. Starting her career in the Banking and Finance team at Clifford Chance London, Helena was later Group Legal Director for Virgin Group, where she oversaw all Group-led corporate transactions and implemented and managed their first legal panel, reducing legal spend and cutting the number of legal suppliers from 50 to 8. Following a period as a Partner in the TMC team at DLA, London, she became General Counsel EMEA at AlixPartners, then General Counsel in Dubai at OSN, MENA region's largest Pay TV platform. She has recently returned to London where she has worked at Liberty Global
