Jon Unnérus is Roschier's senior M&A partner with 25 years of M&A experience and Head of Roschier’s Private Equity practice in Finland. Unnérus is one of the leading senior profiles in the PE and Corporate/M&A market in the Nordics, with deep understanding of the PE industry. His clientele comprises major PE sponsors and industrial clients active within the Nordic region and during the last 12 months he has spearheaded several major transactions, such as acting for KKR and Triton in the sale of Mehiläinen (one of the largest Finnish PE exits ever), representing IK Investment Partners in the sale of Evac to Bridgepoint, acting for CapMan in its exit of Walki to One Equity Partners and acting for Axcel in the acquisition of Orion Diagnostica.
