Biography

Eliana specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions, with particular expertise in private equity, acting for both sponsors and corporates. Eliana has in-depth experience in counselling clients in a variety of industries, including fashion, media, publishing, consumer products, manufacturing, and business services. Highlights include advising: ? FSI (one of the largest Italy-based GPs) on the acquisition – through its FSI Mid-Market Growth Equity Fund – of a 41.2% stake in Missoni S.p.A. (Italy-based fashion house), ? Wise SGR (mid-market Italy-based GP) on the sale of a majority stake in Corob (Italy-based provider of advanced tinting equipment to the paints and coatings industry) to Ardian and on several transactions regarding the acquisition of majority stakes in mid-size Italian companies, ? Corsair Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in RGI (Italybased provider of software solutions to the insurance market) from Ardian, ? L Catterton on the sale of a minority stake in Intercos S.p.A. to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (OTPP), ? Bruin Sports Capital on the acquisition of Deltatre (a leading Italian media and sport media services provider and partner of championships and sport institutions such as FIFA, UEFA and the English Premier League), ? Bain Capital on the acquisition (through its portfolio company Wittur) of a controlling interest in Sematic from the Carlyle Group and the Zappa family, ? the Dainese family on the sale of an 80% stake in Dainese S.p.A. to Investcorp, and ?
