Biography

Since 2011, Ms. Yalçinkaya has been the General Counsel for Silver Lake's operations in EMEA, based in London. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Ms. Yalçinkaya was a Director and Deputy General Counsel at Citi Capital Advisors, and prior to that, the Deputy Head of M&A Legal for Citigroup, in which role she advised senior management on proprietary M&A transactions. Prior to joining Citigroup, Ms. Yalçinkaya was a corporate associate at the New York and London offices of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, focusing on M&A, private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Ms. Yalçinkaya holds an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and is qualified to practice law in New York and in England and Wales.
