Biography

Lise Lotte is specialised in M&A. She advises a number of Danish and foreign companies on all M&A, capital markets and company law matters, including Corporate Governance. Lise Lotte was awarded the Women in Law Awards 2017 in acknowledgement of her outstanding legal expertise and contribution within the practice area of Corporate Governance. Lise Lotte is regularly speaking on M&A topics at international conferences.
