Biography

Simon is an experienced employment lawyer, having worked in our employment team both as a fee earner and as a professional support lawyer. He has advised on both contentious and non-contentious matters for clients in a range of sectors. He has experience of tribunal advocacy as well as extensive transactional and advisory knowledge. His work has included developing and presenting seminars on a wide range of topics, involvement on government consultations on employment law issues and writing for a number of publications including PLC Employment, The Employment Law Journal and Personnel Today. Most recently, Simon has spoken at the National Directors Institute seminar in Chicago on board diversity, looking specifically at representation of women and ethnic minorities on the boards of listed companies.
