Biography

Mr. GAO Wenjie is a national partner of Tian Yuan which is one of leading law firms cross China with about 500 people. He owns passionate interest and expertise in international commercial dispute resolutions. He has acted as lead counsel or co-counsel in many cross-border litigations and arbitrations. He has dealt with the arbitrations both in the types of institutional arbitration and ad hoc arbitration by adopting the arbitration rules of ICC, HKIAC, LMAA, LCIA, SCC, AAA (ICDR), SCIA, BAC, SZAC and UNCITRAL respectively. He often appears in all level of courts within China and outside China, including the Supreme Court of China and the courts in the UK, US, UAE and Hong Kong etc.
