In this roundtable session, the panellists will introduce the topic of international investment arbitration and its recent developments. Particularly, panellists will share their observations on recent developments/trends on jurisdictional and substantive issues in international investment arbitration.
Representatives from the Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration will also share their experience in the application of its new arbitration rules for international investment arbitration.
