Helen Tang
Biography
Helen Tang is a senior associate with Herbert Smith Freehill's Shanghai office. She advises Chinese SOEs, private enterprises and foreign investors on various contentious matters, with a special focus on international arbitration, compliance and internal investigation, as well as other forms of disputes resolution, including pre-action strategy and settlement negotiation. Helen obtained her LLB degree from Peking University in Beijing, and further completed GDL study in BPP Law School in the UK. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008. She has previously worked in Herbert Smith Freehill's London and Hong Kong offices. Helen is fluent in English and is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin.
