In this roundtable session, the moderator will invite the panellists to explain the IBA Rules on The Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration using cases to illustrate the necessity of adoption of such rules. In particular, the panellists will discuss those provisions that civil lawyers, as well as the significance of those rules.
The panellists will focus on what issues lawyers in the civil law system should pay attention to.
