Biography
A Singapore Senior Counsel and Chartered Arbitrator, Christopher’s arbitration practice encompasses all aspects of commercial disputes involving the laws of common and civil law jurisdictions e.g. those of Singapore, England, India, NY, SKorea, PRC, Malaysia, Thailand, Qatar and Denmark. He has served as arbitrator in over 130 ad hoc or administered arbitrations under e.g. HKIAC, ICC, ICDR, JCAA, KCAB, KLRCA, LCIA, LMAA, SCMA and SIAC rules. He is a member of e.g. the LCIA and ICC Courts, ICC Arbitration and ADR Commission, KCAB International Arbitration Committee, Council of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration, Board of Advisors of the NY International Arbitration Centre and has chaired IBA’s Asia Pacific Forum.
