Carina Vang Kristoffersen
Biography
Carina Vang Kristoffersen has extensive experience in all aspects of national and cross-boarder M&A deals and investments, including in relation to deal structuring, due diligence and drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation. Further, she advises on shareholder regulation and matters relating to conflicts between shareholders. Carina specialises in the biotech-industry and advises on, inter alia, warrant schemes, funding and investments, strategic alliances and licensing agreements in relation thereto. Carina is experienced in advising on and drafting national and international commercial contracts, including complex sourcing agreements and agreements relating to outsourcing of production. From 2011-2012 Carina was employed with the Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk A/S, and from 2015-2016 she was seconded to New York law firm Jenner & Block LLP where she primarily advised on US and cross-boarder deals and securities law, including in relation to IPO’s at the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. Carina has lectured the courses Mergers and Acquisitions and Contracts and Tort (Formueret) at the University of Copenhagen. Carina is currently lecturing courses on general contract matters and international contracts for Danish Purchasing and Logistics Forum.
