Biography

Valeria Morosini is Partner at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci. She graduated with honours from Università Statale di Milano in 1997 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2000. She is the Italian Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI). Valeria is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), as well as Chair of the IBA’s Diversity and Equality Law Committee. She is a regular speaker at international conferences. Thanks to her truly international background (DEA in Paris X, as well as internships in the US and in France with Ius Laboris member firms), Valeria’s daily practice largely involves international matters on a wide variety of employment law and industrial relations issues, ranging from collective redundancies and international assignments to restructuring processes and immigration issues. She regularly coordinates complex cross-border projects involving multiple jurisdictions. Languages spoken: Italian, English, French
