Juan Bonilla Blasco

Biography

Mr. Bonilla specializes in international labor law, pensions and incentives, and in the law of new technologies. He has ample experience in employee compensation schemes, particularly share-based schemes, and contract terminations, and in the labor implications of corporate transactions, advising clients and handling litigation matters. He has extensive experience in advising international clients on transnational labor transactions, particularly in the European Union and Latin America. Recommended by several directories, including Who's Who Legal, Latin Lawyer and Best Lawyers in Labor and Employment and Corporate M&A. In 2017, he was named Pensions & Benefits Lawyer of the Year by Who’s Who Legal.
