Biography

Vikram is the head of the HR Law (Employment and Labour) practice at NDA. Based in Mumbai, he has been advising several leading and multi-national companies on intricate and challenging aspects of the complex labour laws of India. In addition, he also advises clients on new age HR issues. His expert advice is generally sought after by clients on urgent and sensitive matters relating to their employees. Employment Law Experts exclusively recommends Vikram for his employment and labour law advice for India. He has been selected by Who’s Who Legal as the world’s pre-eminent Management Labour & Employment lawyer. SHRM has selected him as a ‘subject matter expert’ for industrial relations. He was considered as India’s leading young lawyer in India’s 40 under 45 by Indian Lawyer 250.
