Biography

Partner in the Labour and Social Security Practice Group at TozziniFreire, Alexandre represents employers in inspections by Labour Authorities and in several disputes, collective negotiation and litigation. He also has extensive experience in preventive counselling, including compensation and benefits, employee discipline and terminations. Alexandre is graduated from the University of São Paulo School of Law. He has LL.M. in Labor Law and Doctor of Laws degree from the same university. Studied at the Academy of American and International Law, organized by the Center for American and International Law in Dallas, USA. Member of the São Paulo State Academy of Labour Law. Member of the Association of Lawyers of São Paulo and the Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo. Professor of the Graduation and Post-graduation Programs of Universidade São Judas Tadeu in São Paulo. Academic Superintendent of Distance Higher Education at EBRADI – Escola Brasileira de Direito.
