Biography

Karine Audouze is an experienced Employment Lawyer currently working as a Partner at UGGC Law Firm’s Paris office. Trilingual in French, English and German, member of the Paris and New York Bar, she has practiced employment law for 20 years. Her practice spans multiple aspects of French employment law, including advising clients on hiring / terminating senior executives, redundancies, international employee transfers, and employment advice as part of M&A deals. She acts mainly for international groups with a presence in France. She also acts in individual or collective litigation.
