Biography

Practising labour and employment law since 1995 across now three firms. Established Australia's most innovative law firm in 2010, People + Culture Strategies. PCS now has 19 lawyers across three offices. Mostly acts on management side in labour matters with a blue-chip client base. I have authored several books, including on termination of employment and workplace behaviour management.
