Biography

Mr. Masahiro Matsuoka is a partner in the Litigation Group of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, one of the largest international law firms in Japan. Masahiro has focused his practice on both contentious and non-contentious labor and employment matters, with particular emphasis on issues arising from corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. Masahiro graduated from the University of Tokyo (B.A.) in 1990 and Harvard Law School (LL.M.) in 1996. He is admitted to practice in Japan and New York, fluent in Japanese and English, and has advised a significant number of multi-national companies operating in Japan.
