Biography

Pierre is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar and has a post-graduate degree in labour & employment law. He joined Capgemini in May 2018 and provides legal advice and training sessions to Capgemini internal teams on labour & employment law matters (drawing up of employment contracts, contract termination, working time, remuneration, TUPE, loan of employment, restructuring, etc.). In connection with our external lawyers, Pierre also deals with individual litigations before Labour Courts. Before joining Capgemini, Pierre practiced as a lawyer within major law firms in Paris for 7 years.
