Biography

Delphine Rudelli is the Director of the European and International affairs Department of UIMM. Holder of two masters in public law and European labour law, Delphine also graduated from the Institute for Political Science of Paris. In 1994, Delphine began her career in UIMM before joining Ceemet (European Tech and Industry Employers) in 1999 as a social advisor. In 2006, Delphine returned to UIMM as Director for European and international affairs. Her role is to develop the strategies of the organisation in the field of European social policy, to lobby the European institutions, to advise companies as regards international mobility procedures and foreign social legislation and to follow international developments in the social field.
