Biography

Dr. Claudia Winkler LL.M. (Harvard) is the founder of The Negotiation Academy™ and the Director of the IBA-VIAC CDRC Mediation and Negotiation Competition. Claudia received her Master's and Doctor's degree in European and international law from the University of Linz and her LL.M. from Harvard Law School and the Harvard Negotiation Project. As a trainer and coach, Claudia has provided negotiation training to more than 4,500 individuals, online in 126 countries and in-person across Europe as well as in the United States, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Australia.
