Ulrike Gantenberg

Biography

Ulrike Gantenberg is a partner of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and one of the leading partners of the firm's dispute resolution practice (litigation and international arbitration), with a substantial background in corporate and M&A. As a qualified German lawyer with experience of working in France she works in German, English and French. Ulrike acts as counsel and arbitrator in international arbitration and DAB proceedings, particularly on post-M&A, corporate/licence, construction/turnkey and energy projects. She frequently speaks and publishes on issues of international arbitration and international private law. Ulrike Gantenberg has advised in cross-border M&A transactions relating to energy, telecommunication, automotive and service industries.
