Biography

Patricia serves as Vice Chair of GT, where she primarily advises companies and private equity firms on the legal implementation of their business’ growth strategies throughout Europe, the United States, Latin America and emerging markets around the world. Her experience spans a variety of industries including, transportation, telecommunications, banking, retail and energy. Patricia was the first Chair of the Global Energy & Infrastructure Practice for which she currently serves as Co-Chair, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Formerly, she served as Co-Chair of the Global Corporate & Securities Practice and was the first Chair of the Global Practice through which she launched the Latin American and Iberian Practice.
