Biography

New York based M&A partner, co-chair of Skadden’s Latin America practice and head of the Spanish language corporate practice. She has also served in the firm’s Policy Committee, its highest governing body. She leads M&A corporate transactions for multinationals in all sectors, investment banks and private equity funds. Examples include: - Citigroup in multiple M&A transactions, including the sale of its consumer banking and other businesses in each of Brazil, Argentina and Colombia - Deutsche Bank in the sale of its Argentina business and the proposed sale of Deutsche Bank Mexico - Walmart in the sale of 80% of Walmart Brazil to Advent International - many multilatinas in deals in the US, Europe, Asia and across Latin America.
