Focussed mainly in tax litigation and indirect taxation. Also focused on tax planning and consultancy on indirect taxes. Holds large experience in orienting individual and corporations in tax inspections and in defending them against tax assessments. Also has experience in representing the clients interests before the National Courts in tax litigation judicial law procedures. Provides services for national and multinational corporations on various economic sectors. Recommended by Chambers Global, Chambers Latin America, Legal 500 Latin America, World Tax Rankings and World Transfer Pricing. Elected member of Tribunal de Impostos e Taxas de São Paulo, since 2010.
