CAMILA GOLDBERG CAVALCANTI Camila Goldberg is the partner who heads BMA’s Financial and Capital Markets practice area. She has extensive experience acting for national and international companies, including financial institutions, in public and private offerings and other equity transactions, in loans and structured financing, and in debt restructuring and project finance transactions. Camila also acts in M&A transactions, particularly deals that involve financial institutions. PRESENTATION Ms. Goldberg has been a member of BMA's Executive Committee since 2012 and has been involved in the management of the Firm, in addition to her law practice. ACADEMIC ACTIVITY Ms. Goldberg has lectured in Banking Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) Law School and IBMEC. She has also published several articles on securities law.
