Biography

Sandra Sellers is President of Technology Mediation Services, LLC, in McLean, VA, USA. For over 20 years, she has mediated intellectual property and other business disputes. Previously, she was a litigator with a major patent firm, and then vice president for international enforcement at the Software Publishers Association. She chaired the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (“CPR”) Committee on Information Technology Conflict Management, and edited the CPR Master Guide on Avoiding and Resolving Information Technology Disputes (author of Chapters 1, 4, 6). She is a member of various intellectual property-related dispute resolution panels: World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), US International Trade Commission, and International Trademark Association (INTA). She was a Director of INTA and Chair of its Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Ms Sellers also is an adjunct professor of mediation and negotiations at Georgetown University Law Center.
