Biography

Managing Partner since 2012 at Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados, Carolina Zang heads the Banking and Capital Markets Practice. She specializes in corporate legal advice with emphasis in financing, capital markets, debt restructuring, M&A, investment funds, private equity and venture capital, and real estate. She is the only woman and the youngest member of the Board of Directors at ZBV. She is well-known for her various efforts in the field of women´s advancement, and is committed to closing the economic and social gender gaps in Latin America. She is regularly identified as one of the best lawyers in Argentina by international publications and peer-reviews, including Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, IFLR 100, Best Lawyers and LACCA.
