Biography

Aseem Chawla is the Practice Leader at ASC Legal, Solicitors & Advocates, based out of New Delhi, India. His areas of expertise include taxation (including international tax), tax litigation, cross-border investments, inbound & outbound investment structuring, estate & succession planning, family governance, trusts & private clients for national and international clients, high net-worth individuals & trustees, business advisory, exchange control regulatory, transfer pricing and money laundering legislations. He has been appointed by the Government of India, as a Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of one of the largest state-owned Insurance companies. He has also an honorary Financial & Tax Advisor of a leading Pan India “Not for Profit” organization, which is celebrating its Centenary Foundation Year.
