Biography

Giovanni Cristofaro is a partner of Chiomenti, where he leads the “Wealth Management” business unit. He is admitted to the Italian Bar. He currently assists both Italian and foreign private clients, fiduciary companies, trust companies and family offices in connection with traditional and specialised fiduciary services (including fiduciary administration and family assets planning and management and generation shifts in family owned businesses) and in the structuring and preparation of internal trust instruments and fiduciary structures in family, corporate and financial contexts.
