Biography

Paul Hodgson, Managing Director, Butterfield Trust (Guernsey) Limited Paul is a Chartered Accountant, Trust and Estate Practitioner and Fellow of CISI. He joined Butterfield Trust in Guernsey in 1998 after 10 years with KPMG in Australia, London and Hong Kong and has held his current role since 2003. Paul is the Chairman of the Guernsey Association of Trustees and a Non-Executive Director of the Guernsey Training Agency LBG. Paul regularly speaks and acts as chairman at industry conferences on wealth structuring and fiduciary services. Since 2009 Paul has been named in the Top 20 Leading Trustees in the Citywealth Leaders List. He has been named as one of eprivateclient’s 50 Most Influential since 2016. Paul received the STEP Founders Award in 2016 for his extraordinary service and contribution to STEP Worldwide.
