Biography

Morven is a partner based in Maples and Calder's Cayman Islands office, where she is head of the Cayman Islands Trusts and Private Client group. Her expertise includes contentious and non-contentious international trusts and private client work. Morven joined Maples and Calder in 2016. Prior to that she headed the International Trusts & Private Client team in the Cayman Islands office of another offshore law firm for several years and prior to that, was a partner and head of the Trusts & Fiduciary Disputes team at Charles Russell (now Charles Russell Speechlys) in London. She is highly rated in all of the major legal directories and a regular speaker at international trusts and private client conferences.
