Biography

Daniel Simon, Senior Partner, Tax & Estate Planning For 26 years Daniel has advised on all aspects of UK and offshore tax, trust and estate planning and also charity law. In recent years, Daniel has particularly specialised in UK and US planning as well as providing Swiss, French, Italian and Indian cross border advice. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Charity Law Association (CLA). He is the immediate past chair of the Private Client Tax Committee and a frequent speaker at the IBA and STEP. ‘Daniel is a creative yet practical lawyer who is quick to understand matters and come up with insightful solutions.
