Biography

Manoj Pillay SANDRASEGARA leads WongPartnership’s cross-border restructuring practice in Asia. He has extensive experience in complex cross-border debt restructurings acting for borrowers, court-appointed administrators and special situation investors. His recent engagements include advising Hyflux Ltd in its US$2.3 billion restructuring, ExxonMobil in its investment in Jurong Aromatics Limited’s distressed plant which had a US$1.5 billion debt burden and Emas Chiyoda Subsea in its US$900 million debt restructuring which also involved a Chapter 11 process.
