Michihiro Mori
Biography
Mr. Michihiro Mori is a partner of Nishimura and Asahi, the largest law firm in Japan. Before joining the firm, he served as a judge for ten years, which included a period of delegation to Harvard Law School, and an assignment as a staff attorney at the Civil Affairs Bureau of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Court where he was in charge of the reform of the insolvency laws. As an attorney-at-law, he is well known in the areas of insolvency and restructuring as well as labor laws. He was named as a leading lawyer in these areas by Chambers Asia-Pacific, the Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Who's Who Legal. He is a member of the International Insolvency Institute which is organization of the most experienced and respected practitioners.
