Yoshiaki Muto is a partner of Baker & McKenzie GJE in Tokyo, a member firm of Baker McKenzie International. Qualified to practice in Japan and New York, USA Yoshiaki has been advising corporate clients on cross-border commercial and dispute laws as well as global compliance and crisis management issues over 25 years. Yoshiaki takes leadership roles in vacrious international functions of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations including International Legal Services Promotion Center, SME Outbouns Legal Support Working Group and Foreign Lawyers & International Legal Practice Committee.
