Biography

Harish Narasappa is the founder of Samvad Partners. Harish has nearly two decades of experience in the areas of M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Corporate, Litigation and Real Estate. Prior to founding Samvad Partners, Harish worked at Herbert Smith in London for around 4 years. Samvad Partners is one of the leading law firms in India with 5 offices across the country. The majority of Samvad's partners have international work experience. Harish is also the founder of DAKSH, a non-profit working on accountability issues in India, particularly judicial accountability and Rule of Law.
