Biography

Geread specialises in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, having advised numerous international and Australian clients including trading houses, banks, energy and mining companies, consumer goods and manufacturing companies on their Australian investments and on-going operations. Geread has a law degree from Kobe University in Japan and in particular has worked extensively with Japanese clients investing in Australia. Geread was a recipient of the Japanese Government Monbukagakusho undergraduate scholarship (being 1 of 6 Australians selected in his year) and is a founding member of the AJBCC Future Leaders Program.
