Biography

Mr. Ikawa is Senior Director at Legal Division, Business Affairs, Fujitsu Limited. He joined Fujitsu in 1996 and has a variety of experiences in international legal matters, including cross-border transactions and disputes resolutions. His current role includes the Head of Global Relations Department, and Secretary to Vice Chairman. He earned his bachelor degree (LL.B) from the University of Tokyo (1996) and his master degree (LL.M) from Stanford Law School (2005). In 2013, he was a visiting research fellow at IIPS (Institute for International Policy Studies) in Tokyo. In 2014 he served Cabinet Office, Government of Japan, as Deputy Counsellor. In 2015, He has been a visiting researcher at CSIS (Center for Strategic and International Studies) in Washington DC.
