Biography

Daniel is a partner with Kahn Pedersen, a leading Swedish specialist law firm for IT/tech. Daniel has nearly 15 years’ experience from providing highly specialized legal advice within outsourcing, cybersecurity, IT contracts and data protection. Daniel advises Swedish and international clients on cybersecurity initiatives as well as GDPR compliance. Daniel also regularly represents IT-buyers in connection with strategic IT and digitalization projects such as IoT, complex IT services, IT contracts, software development (including agile contracting), license agreements and other IT-related legal matters.
