Dana Zur-Neumann

Biography

Dana Zur-Neumann heads HFN’s Silicon Valley Representative Office in Palo Alto, California and is responsible for its establishment and development. Dana has extensive expertise in the areas of technology, intellectual property and complex commercial transactions across a broad range of industries, including information technology, telecommunication, internet, cloud-computing, media and financial services. Dana focuses her practice on the representation of entrepreneurs, start-ups and mature companies, with an emphasis on US-Israeli multinational companies and firms. Dana brings years of diverse and in-depth knowledge  from the Hi-Tech industry in structuring, negotiating and drafting complex commercial transactions with major corporations in the US, Europe and Asia for technology licensing, strategic partnerships and collaborations, branding, marketing, consulting, OEM, supply-chain, manufacturing and procurement, distributions and sale, general commercial transactions and other forms of commercial exploitation of IP. Dana advises the firm's clients on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and technology matters relating to their daily operation, including intellectual property, export regulations, development, and open source. Dana is licensed to practice law in both California and Israel. Dana is a member of the Mobile and Internet Committee of the California Israel Chamber of Commerce. Dana received an LL.M. degree (Master of Laws) with high honors from the Tel-Aviv University in collaboration with UC Berkeley School of Law (J.D. equivalent), magna cum laude.
