Biography

Eleanor Lumsden is an attorney and tenured law professor at Golden Gate University. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton and her law degree from New York University. As a scholar, Professor Lumsden conducts research about technology, inclusive finance, and social justice. As the founder of Eleanor Lumsden Consulting, she teaches strategies to reduce conflict and to make work environments more productive and efficient. She helps companies to inspire, engage, and retain their best talent while fostering diverse and inclusive work spaces. Jamaican by birth, she is currently based between her adopted home of Oakland, California, and Lisbon, Portugal.
