Thierry Gakuba Ngoga

Biography

Thierry Ngoga Gakuba (ArbP) is a lawyer specialised in international arbitration, commercial litigation, business advisory, risk and compliance. Over the past 16 years he has held senior positions as the first registrar of the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC), CEO of the Rwanda Bar Association and as an inhouse lawyer at the Rwandan Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the BIC’s international trade in legal services committee and a board member of the African Arbitration Association (AfAA). He previously served as board member of Transparency International Rwanda and the Rwanda Society of Authors.
