Biography

Dr. Andreas Meyer is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel in the legal department of Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He graduated from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, and holds a doctorate from that university. He is heading a team of lawyers advising on corporate finance transactions including lending, securities offerings (debt and equity) as well as the M&A advisory business. His advisory focus includes European and German capital markets laws and regulations. Andreas regularly publishes on corporate and securities laws and is a regular speaker on related topics. He is also the co-editor of a handbook on the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
