Trevor Norwitz

Biography

Trevor Norwitz is a partner in the Corporate Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz where he focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law matters. Originally from South Africa, Trevor is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, Oxford University and Columbia University School of Law. He teaches Columbia Law School and is active in the ABA, IBA and New York City Bar Association.
